From WKYC: "The Giant Hogweed characterized by its white flower and purple/green stem has a dangerous sap that removes the skin's ability to filter ultra violet rays from the sun. If you're exposed to the sap, found in the stem, it can cause a second degree burn if you're in sunlight and you don't wash it off in time.
