From The Dispatch: "In 1975, Saultz, who was called mentally retarded, raped 15-year-old Roberta Francis, bashed her head with a stone bird bath pedestal, and dumped her body in the woods. Information that Saultz had raped and murdered a child was — until this month — available on Franklin County Sheriff Jim Karnes’ Web site. "It was an awesome Web page," said Bret Vinocur, a victim advocate who runs findmissingkids.com. "Now, it’s useless."
