"Starting today, business proprietors in Ohio who allow smokers to light up will do so at their own risk.  So says the Ohio Department of Health, which will investigate and punish smokers and business owners who ignore the ban voters passed last November. The law has been in place since December, but the department needed time to write the regulations to enforce it. Now it has them."
